Delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses do not qualify for refunds. Only verified product defects quality for refunds.

4. Carrier Loss

ONEMETAL DYNAMICS is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.

  • Lost packages do not qualify for refunds.
  • Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • ONEMETAL DYNAMICS does not file carrier claims on behalf of customers.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • ONEMETAL DYNAMICS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address do not qualify for refunds or replacements. 
  • ONEMETAL DYNAMICS does not modify shipping addresses after an order is placed.
