1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing from, or using ONEMETAL DYNAMICS, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. These documents work together and do not contradict each other.

2. Product Use & Fitment Responsibility 

All parts sold by ONEMETAL DYNAMICS are intended for Sur-Ron, Talaria and compatible electric moto platforms. Customers are fully responsible for verifying fitment before purchasing. 

  • Incorrect fitment is not considered a defect.
  • Incorrect fitment is not eligible for a refund.
  • Items cannot be refunded unless a genuine defect is present.
  • ONEMETAL DYNAMICS is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification, professional installment is recommended.

3. Definition of Genuine Defect

A genuine defect is defined as a manufacturing flaw that prevents the product from functioning as intended.

A genuine defect does not include:

  • Cosmetic imperfections 
  • Minor marks or scratches
  • Buying error
  • Incorrect fitment
  • "Changed my mind"
  • "I don't like it"
  • Damage caused by installation or misuse

If a genuine defect is confirmed you will receive a full refund without needing to return the product.

4. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only issued for verified genuine defects

  • You keep the defective item.
  • No returns to any external facility. 
  • No refunds for buyer error or incorrect fitment.
  • No refunds for non-defective items. 
  • No refunds for shipping delays outside our control
  • No refunds for cosmetic imperfections

5. Shipping Terms

Shipping timelines match the Shipping Policy:

  • 1–2 day order processing time
  • Under 15-day delivery time
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses do not qualify for refunds
  • Customer must provide accurate shipping information

6. Chargeback Protection

By purchasing, you agree that chargebacks are invalid for:

  • Incorrect fitment
  • Buyer error
  • Non-Defective items
  • Shipping delays
  • "Changed my mind"
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Fraudulent defect claims

ONEMETAL DYNAMICS reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONEMETAL DYNAMICS is not liable for: 

  • Damages caused by installation
  • Improper use
  • Accidents
  • Modifications
  • Third-Party components
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is with no implied warranties. Performance results may vary based on installation, rider use, and bike configuration.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

10. Policy Updates

ONEMETAL DYNAMICS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
